Terms of Service

By creating an account or using InvoiceAsItIs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FYR Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201906280E) ("we", "us", "our").

InvoiceAsItIs provides cloud-based invoicing, quotation management, CRM, and payment tooling for businesses operating primarily in Singapore. The Service includes: quotation creation, tax invoice generation, PayNow QR code generation, client management, task tracking, PDF export, and related features as updated from time to time.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• One person or entity per account unless explicitly authorised for team plans
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts with false or misleading registration data

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in SGD
• All prices are subject to 9% GST for Singapore-registered customers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date
• Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
• Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated)
• 14-day free trial requires no payment method
• 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment for monthly plans
• Annual plans non-refundable after 14 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

You may NOT use InvoiceAsItIs to:

• Violate any Singapore or applicable law
• Issue fraudulent or fictitious invoices
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service for money laundering or financial crime
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission from FYR Pte. Ltd.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• InvoiceAsItIs, FYR, and associated logos are trademarks of FYR Pte. Ltd.
• The software, design, and platform are owned by FYR Pte. Ltd.
• Content you create (invoices, quotations, client data) remains your property
• You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of your clients that you input complies with Singapore's PDPA 2012.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Tax invoices generated meet every jurisdiction's requirements outside Singapore
• Financial calculations constitute professional accounting or legal advice

We recommend consulting a qualified Singapore accountant for GST compliance matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FYR Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Any amount exceeding the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or illegal use
• On termination, your data enters a 90-day retention period before deletion
• Invoices and financial records are anonymised and retained 7 years per IRAS requirements

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. For disputes below SGD 20,000, either party may elect to use Singapore's Small Claims Tribunal.

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email to your registered address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
